Just stopped by to catch up a bit, and I see that things are still going well! I loved the part where you spoke of the Baptism at the church member's home....what a cool way to demonstrate the intention to live in alignment with Jesus, I love it!

Love food hu? That's my weakness. I have a great preparation method for blackened Tri-Tip Roast...I could .email it to you so you can try out on your grill or oven. The Tri-Tip cut of beef is VERY popular west of Texas and seems to be the more tender cut of roast with...especially when it has NICE marbling. The cut can now be found over here, mostly at Wal-Mart or privately owned butcher shops.
