Hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving Day! I just finished washing windows, running errands (drinks, etc..) and am going to have a nice time of prayer and journaling before our 18 guests come over at 2pm!
Tommorow is 'Black Friday'. I am out! :)
Instead, we will be going out looking for our 1st real tree in over 15 years. Should be fun.....We finally got rid of our artificial tree which served us so well for so long.
This Sunday will be blast at Harvest! Our Harvest @ The Core series continues. This has been a HUGE 'win' for us and has really connected. Bring your extended family on Sunday morning, as this will be a great message for them to hear.....I promise!
Sunday night is our Night of Worship that we do 3 times a year. I am looking forward to just 'soaking' before God and receiving. We will also have Communion.
See you Sunday!!

I remember that, our's had a bare
patch. We pushed the tree in
the corner and no one would see it ;-)

I am guessing you have removed from you memory the horrible Christmas Tree Fundraiser, where your tree ended up in a ditch in the Sexton's neighborhood. I can understand how that would not have counted as a real tree.
