You are so right--like it or lump it. They truly are looking for talent and when one person was chosen--I heard her say--"thank you Jesus!". Paris has God-given talent--she will go far. Here again we have controversy because some are accusing the judges of being homophobic. There were clearly gays who tried out but were not good enough. As long as this show keeps high moral code, i see no harm in it. But some would judge us and say we should not even listen to a secular show. Elvis sang gospel songs well but did his life show high moral standards?--I think not. Here again,we are not the judge nor the jury. It is just good clean entertainment.
