Years ago, I saw the movie "Chariots of Fire", which won the Academy Award for best movie of 1981. It is a true story about Eric Liddell, a sold out Christian, who ran in the Olympics and refused to run on Sunday. Facing disqualification, as well as all his dream's going up in smoke, he stood on his principle.
He not only had them change the rules around him, he won the Gold medal.
Eric later went to China as a missionary and died there, unknown by anyone there as 'great', just that he was a servant of God. But after his Olympic win, he was asked why he ran. His answer is one I will never forget:
"I believe God made me for a purpose, but he also made me fast. And when I run I feel His pleasure."
Over the past weeks, I have come to realize I am a fast thinker, a vision person. When I operate out of how God wired me, I sense His pleasure and Presence. I think this is important, to understand HOW God has wired you, rest in it, embrace it, go with it.
In January, Harvest is going to be starting something called "Growth Track", which will help you realize how indeed God has wired you. Be looking for the promos for it in December.
To living for His pleasure,
PB
Thanks, PB! I definitely have sort of subconsciously felt this way lately, feeling God's pleasure when I use the way He made me to serve Him. Thanks for putting it in to words for me! :)

PB have enjoyed this movie one of my favorites as being a runner long ago. RBC ministries does the Day of Discovery program, they did a very good document series on Eric Lidell. Recommend that you obtane a copy & view it. Blessing
